If you have 3DS, you can use Zam3D just for exporting the model to xaml.

If you don't have 3DS, then there are some bitmap texture issues they are working on, but it's still a nice tool if you don't have 3DS.

You can't use GMax because the format ;(

Think about creating a model, wrapping the model with a visual brush, and animating the framework element - very very cool.
