Foreword for Accelerated C# 2005

I was glad to have the opportunity to write the foreword for Accelerated C# 2005.   Trey asked me to write with a bit of a historical perspective on the platform and I was happy to do that.  I just got my copy this week and I have already had fun looking through it…. Do grab a copy and let me know what you think of the forward, and let Trey know what you think of the rest of it ;-)
