Slammer not responsible for U.S. blackout

Looks like they found the cause for the Aug 14, 2003, blackout in parts of the U.S., and it's got nothing to do with the Blaster worm (and thus, Windows), as lots of people claimed (or wished?) right after the event. Read More...
