Ah, they're traders. The brightly coloured phones registered with me as flags or something at first glance, making me think for a moment they were spectators at a sporting event. That mixed up for an instant with the actual phones and I thought "must be either a really boring or really exciting match if all these people watching it are on the phone".

I'm being weird too.

Because they're people.  Hotdogs with purple mustard are for pressing up to the faces of cats.

Yeah you are strange, you could just think "why are those people not seeing a dentist when their teeth were aching?, all they just did was find a yellow towel and press it in their faces" ooh-ooh

I was wondering about the hot-dog-and-mustard-phones too.
